I use the Jillian Michaels Boost Your Metabolism workout. It is 40 minutes (not including warm up and cool down) of circuit training, without any extra equipment. I workout in the evenings as well. That is when I can. I really don't think it makes much of a difference when you workout, as long as you do it. :happy:
