I never trust any of the equiptment's calorie count. Even the Precor's at the gym. I always use my HRM. The estimates the equipment gives me is always wrong. I mean like, really wrong. And I found the more calories I burn, the more off the equipment is. My advice is totally ignore the calorie count feature on any of it,…

Wow, I was going to post about this very thing! I have it especially bad in my left hip, so much so I am limping a little today. I just got back into running, and I am loathe to give it up at all. Good to know some good stretching will help!

How much time will you have for working out? I have the circuit training one with JM, and you can do as much or as little of that as you want. It is an excellent workout!
