Last week I participated in volleyball camp and had great work outs and watched what I ate, drank TONS... it was a great week. So I thought. I got on the scale this morning and I am up almost 3 lbs. Help? I put my diary on public if that helps. Lisa

I just recently started using THM. I'm just easing into it, really. I was wondering if there was any way to find out the nutritional info on the recipes? I'm looking for calories per serving, carbs, sugars, sodium, and fats specifically. thanks! Lisa

Having Trouble with Fat Vs. Carb intake
I'm trying to keep my carbs low... it is hard! But when I do better with my Carbs, my "fat" goes over. Some days way over! Anyone else have this trouble?

Pilates calorie burn
I just did a pilates/yoga workout to a Ellen Barret video on Netlix. According to the calculator here I only burned 133 calories... after 40 minutes of Cruch Super Slimdown. Seriously? Does anyone know if that is accurate or not? I loved how the workout focused on the core. Great video in my opinion!

Net Calories are not even close tonight!
Yesterday I had a high calorie day for sure. Even though I am planning a snack later, it will bring my net calories to about 840 or so, instead of the recommended 1200 net calories. Can I just count this as a zig zag day? LOL A day of a low count shouldn't hurt the metabolism, right?

Why Isn't the Weight Coming Off?
I burned over 4100 calories this week, and I only lost .2 lbs. POINT TWO. That's it. Please check out my food/exercise diary and tell me what you think! What is going on here? I got frustrated a while back by the scale not moving AT ALL. Someone suggested I go by how my clothes fit, not by scale numbers. So I decided to buy a skirt in the next size down for inspiration.
