So frustrated... but determined too

Last week I participated in volleyball camp and had great work outs and watched what I ate, drank TONS... it was a great week. So I thought. I got on the scale this morning and I am up almost 3 lbs.

Help? I put my diary on public if that helps.

    Chances are it is water retention from the exercise.

    I did look at your diary however and it doesn't look like you are using a food scale...so the calories in could be off.

    As well you use quick adds.
    I see some days partially logged.
    I see entries with the words "homemade" which are usually not the same as logging individual ingredients unless you made that entry.

    All of that can add up to eating more than you think.
