Net Calories are not even close tonight!

Yesterday I had a high calorie day for sure. Even though I am planning a snack later, it will bring my net calories to about 840 or so, instead of the recommended 1200 net calories. Can I just count this as a zig zag day? LOL A day of a low count shouldn't hurt the metabolism, right?

One day will make no difference.

Personally, If I've got calories left over at night, I'm eating.

I'm sure your body will cope for one day. It's not like it's watching the clock to work out which calories were today, and which were yesterday :)

My net calories rarely meet even 300! I work out a lot and I can't eat enough to make up for it.

that works for now, but eventually you're going to have to up your calories. i did that for the first 7 months or so and then when i got within 20lbs of my goal weight, i hit a plateau because i wasn't eating enough.

I did the same thing yesterday, I wasn't hungry after a horrible Friday and Saturday night. Back on track though!

Agreed. One day really won't make a difference. As long as you eat well regularly, you should be fine. Don't stress about it! :)

I wish I could eat more!! I'm already adding extra calories with protein shakes. I just can't force myself to eat unless I'm really hungry!
