I would say to take time for recovery! If your sick and you have a fever with body aches, I would say that that's not a good way exercise. What if you feel even sicker afterwards. If anything, maybe just walk a little and then rest until the fever and body aches go away. Do you think you may be coming down with the flu?

I've seen those Minimalist shoes. They look like they would be annoying cause of how the toes look. Are they comfortable? Maybe I should try on a pair.

Asics do seem to be the best athletic shoe, right? :) I have a pair of Asics Duomax and they are ok. I was actually looking into getting Asics Gel Kayano 18 but they are a little pricey.

I think I may take an extra day of rest then. My legs are still hurting and I really don't want to cause an injury. I was thinking that maybe I would just go for a 30 min walk tonight instead of doing the walk/run.

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm thinking that I may need to strengthen my achilles tendons and shins. I iced my legs last night and took some ibuprofen. I also drank a glass of milk cause I read that it helps rebuild muscle quicker. What is ABC's? Is it like Icy Hot?
