I would think it depends on what you would call a diet. Since I started my diet, my 3 year old daughter's diet has changed drastically. Now, instead of cookies, which are no longer in the pantry, she is asking for oranges, yogurt or cheese strings.

I started a week and a half ago at 180 lbs, and it gave me 1200 calories as well. I've been trying hard to make better food choices so I feel full and won't go over, and it's been working so far. Also, I've been earning about 200 calories a day from exercise so that helps as well.

Okay, I kind of fell off the exercise wagon the weekend and my total for the week ended up at 1254. Looking forward to a fresh week and and new challenge! Congrats to everyone who did so well!

For me, when I was 150 lbs and about a size 8 I did, now that I'm 180 lbs, and about a size 14 absolutely not. As for what other people wear, I could care less.

Checking in with 266 cal burned today which brings me to a total of 1258 for the week. This is GREAT for me since this is the most I've exercised in the past year at least. I'm just so glad to be starting to get back on track.

Well I'm feeling kind of lazy today, but I think I'm going to try to force myself to move when the baby naps. I have an extremely busy day tomorrow, so I don't really think I'm going to be able to find any time to exercise tomorrow.

Just checking in. I think I forgot to upday yesterday, so yesterday I burned 223 cal, and today 205 cal, for a total of 992 calories burned so far this week.

I shop at Costco and they sell little tubs of Play-Doh to give out to trick-or-treaters. This is what I'm getting this year to give out, my kids love Play-Doh, so if there is any left over it will be put to good use!

Checking in with 256 cal burned. Totally not what I was hoping for, but I'm super tired. Hey, if I don't make the challenge, don't kick me out, lol.

Just checking in with 308 cal burned from exercise. The 2000 cal for the week mark is probably a bit of a stretch for me, but I'm okay with that. The amount I have used my treadmill this past week is probably more than I've used it in the past year.

Just checking in. I did pretty good, got in all my water, did cardio, and stayed on track overall. I did decide to do all my measurements and I must say I was a little shocked at the numbers. I had the same problem. So, I put all the crappy snacks (things like chocolate cover granola bars, candy packs, and other sugary treats) in a box and put them in the basement. My oldest still takes them in his lunch for school (in moderation of course) and I also put them in the diaper bag for when I go out with my 2…

I did really good today, 2 days in a row! I even added interval training to my workout and actually ran at 5mph for 10 minutes, I could actually feel the burn.

I wish i had the will power to stay away from the scale and only weigh once a week, however I always find myself stepping on every day while I'm in weight loss mode. Now, the opposite happens when I'm not trying to loose weight, I find myself not stepping on for weeks becuse I just don't want to know.

So how did everyone do today? I actually did really good! I did 30 mins on the treadmill, drank 8 glasses of water, stayed in my calorie range, and best of all I actually ate fruit and veggies, which I rarely do! And to top it all off, I wasen't even hungry!
