You weigh 165lbs and you want to loose 50lbs? To each their own, but I think 115lbs on a 5'8" woman is too thin.

Interesting thread! I have been yo-yo-ing for the past 5 years and I have never dropped 20 lbs at one time, I have always quit before I got there. This is very motivational!

I can totally relate to this! When I eat crappy with lots of junk I'm fine, but then when I start eating lots of fibre, water and exercise I'm totally opposite! The only thing that works naturally for me is prunes! I can't stand prune juice but the actual prunes aren't that bad, although I hate having to use 100 calories…

I don't know if I'm using the calculator right, but it is giving me only 900 and something calories a day to loose 2 lbs a week. I'm pretty sure eating 900 calories for me is way too little.
