1.75 on Monday to yoga and 1.75 home from yoga.
3.21 miles Tuesday morning with the jogging stroller
(This is an abnomal week, I don't always run a half marathon on Sunday.) :blushing:0 -
I ran 6 miles this afternoon.

10/16 - 7.4 mile run, 0.8 mile walk after that.
10/17 - 2.1 mile walk (shorter than normal...penance for yesterday's run apparently)
10/18 - 4.0 mile run
Total for the week: 14.3 miles
As my weekly running mileage is ramping up, I'm starting to realize that my lunchtime walks will probably need to be scaled back. It sucks a little but I have a goal that I don't want to jeopardize. So, just in case....0 -
4.4 miles doing Bridge to 10k. 5 miles walking to a soccer game and back = 9.4 miles today, which puts me at 17.6 miles so far.0
