    Monday 1.5 mile. Both walk/jog.

    10.5 miles to go. going to have to double up soon.

    1.75 on Monday to yoga and 1.75 home from yoga.
    3.21 miles Tuesday morning with the jogging stroller

    (This is an abnomal week, I don't always run a half marathon on Sunday.) :blushing:

    1.75 on Monday to yoga and 1.75 home from yoga.
    3.21 miles Tuesday morning with the jogging stroller

    (This is an abnomal week, I don't always run a half marathon on Sunday.) :blushing:

    10/16 - 7.4 mile run, 0.8 mile walk after that.
    10/17 - 2.1 mile walk (shorter than normal...penance for yesterday's run apparently)
    10/18 - 4.0 mile run

    Total for the week: 14.3 miles

    As my weekly running mileage is ramping up, I'm starting to realize that my lunchtime walks will probably need to be scaled back. It sucks a little but I have a goal that I don't want to jeopardize. So, just in case....

    4.4 miles doing Bridge to 10k. 5 miles walking to a soccer game and back = 9.4 miles today, which puts me at 17.6 miles so far.

  • I would like to join your challenges. I know I started this late. I just got on this site the first time today. I did walk 1 mile on treadmill and 2 after that when I got home. I probally will not meet goal this week but would love to try again ..I could use all the support I can get..

  • Monday 3.75 km = 2.33 miles
    Wednesday 3.6 km = 2.24 miles
    Totals 7.35 km = 4.57 miles
    Coming down with a cold so may not be able to push it as much this week.
