    13.1 at The Girlfriend's Half Marathon on Sunday 10/16
    1.75 on Monday to yoga and 1.75 home from yoga.
    3.21 miles Tuesday morning with the jogging stroller

    (This is an abnomal week, I don't always run a half marathon on Sunday.) :blushing:

    Very impressive, keep up all your hard work!!!

    I would like to join your challenges. I know I started this late. I just got on this site the first time today. I did walk 1 mile on treadmill and 2 after that when I got home. I probally will not meet goal this week but would love to try again ..I could use all the support I can get..

    Coming down with a cold so may not be able to push it as much this week.

    4.4 miles doing Bridge to 10k. 5 miles walking to a soccer game and back = 9.4 miles today, which puts me at 17.6 miles so far.

    Found the most awesome trail earlier today and am hoping I can hike it again maybe either later today or tomorrow morning before work. It's about 1.25 miles long, so there/back is about 2.5 miles and it's beautiful.

    Unfortunately, I'm out this week. Groin muscle is still really sore, and I'd rather have a little time to let it heal. Will be back at it next week so please don't forget me! :smile:
