    5' 1.5" here. I will first get to 120lbs and see. If I still have too much squishiness around my midsection, then I'm gonna have to lose more fat!

    Kinda scary because I'm getting pretty close, and my waistline is still disproportionately large unless I suck in :(

    107... got to 110 last time and was perfectly content but I want those 3 lbs of fluctuation during maintenance.

    I'm 5ft2in and my goal is 125. This is after having my little kiddo while breastfeeding so I am pretty comfortable with this.

    I'm 5'1 and my goal is 130-135 lbs. It really depends how I look and feel. I love my curvy body so I don't want to lose too much. I most definitely want to be a size Medium.

    I'm 5'2 and my goal was 120 I got down to 122 and was too thin. Im happy at 125 and a size 2

    I'm curious if any of you ladies are doing any type of exercise to work on the mid section? Or perhaps wear a one of those belt exercises when you jog?

  • I'm 5'2" and 123lbs....9 months post partum. I'd like to get back down to at least 115, and then see what I can do from there. Losing the pregnancy weight is HARD!!

    I'm 5'1'' and aiming for around 102-105, still well within the healthy range for someone my size with a small frame. Within 10 pounds now and so close I can taste it! I've still got a little pudge going on around the middle and a few other trouble spots, but it's significantly reduced from my starting weight and I think by the time I hit my goal I'll be right where I want to be
  • My ultimate goal would be 108...but since I am currently at 130 I would be happy at 112. I am 33 years old and a mother of 3.

    i weighed consistently 115 in high school, and 118 until about 28yrs...then weird things started to happen :) i'd be plenty happy at 120 now that i'm in my 30s...

    My goal is from 115 to 125...don't really want to get to skinny because you can look ill if to skinny.. lol

    You should go on http://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/calculators/calories-required/ its a great calorie counter it helped me alot

    I don't know if I'm using the calculator right, but it is giving me only 900 and something calories a day to loose 2 lbs a week. I'm pretty sure eating 900 calories for me is way too little.

    I will never be below 140. Rather than a goal weight., I have a goal body fat percent and size. I'm 154 now, with 24% BF and a size 6-8. I want to be 18-20% BF and a size 4. I should get there by spring

    It was 120 but my sister said that I would look ill at that weight. I am aiming for 125 but I'll see what happens when I get there.

    You can see what different weights look like at our height. I think that under 115 would be too light for my frame because I'm rather wide boned/hips. I'm now in a size 4 in womens or 28 waist. Jeans that fit in the thighs and waist are always tight on the hips. I don't think I could go down in size even if I lost more weight because of my hips. Plus I don't to lose any more weight off my butt and boobs...I like my curves!

  • I'm 5'2" as well. I've been down to 109 before so my goal is 105. BUT I don't really care too much about that anymore as i do about body fat %. I am "skinnyfat" (think thats the term) as I may be 116lbs BUT my BF is 25%. :( I want to be 18-20% so that's really my goal.

    I'm 5'2" 117lbs and going for 110 or under. However being toned is the most important thing to me so if I weigh more and it's muscle (and I look good) I'm fine with that.     Hi I'm 5'2 and weigh 142 right now. I'm hoping to EVENTUALLY get to 115. Short term I'm aiming for 125. I already work out about 6 days a week so the change I need to make is in my diet!
