Yay, I think I might actually make it this week!
Sunday: 3 miles

Sun: nada, zero, zippo, zilch (rainy day turned into total lazy day smile )
Mon: 5.18mi jog/run/some walk (NO KNEE PAIN!!! Yayy - plus excited to get my first 4mi under 50mins (was something like 48:13).. tried to get 5 in under 1hr... sooo close, but not quite.. but still happy )
Tue: 1.25mi lunchtime strolll + 16.35mi cycling (against the wind.. she was *ridin* against the wind..." an awesome night for riding!! tho.. next time I ride after it rains, I will remember to wear BLACK clothing... my poor light blue shorts are gonna need some TLC.. )

I am confused - :ohwell: :frown:
When I run/jog I can easily cover about 2.5 miles minimum in 30 minutes. But how come using elliptical shows on 1 miles in 30 minutes.
