When I am dripping sweat, soaked, and get that exhausted but fresh feeling in the lungs. It's hard to describe but I'm sure some of you know what I mean.

Sometimes I eat things I didn't make and I don't know the exact nutritional value so I just make my best guess. Other than that I log everything. When I have a cheat meal it puts it into perspective how calorie dense some foods are and really makes me question next time whether I want it or not.

when I quit coffee I had headaches like you wouldn't believe. But now that I am off coffee I sleep much better, get better workouts and just feel better in general. Getting over the headaches sucks but so worth it once you kick the habit.

Agreed. What's the point in tracking cals/macros if you are always estimating everything and are probably way off. A scale should be one of the first things you get when deciding to eat healthy. I got a Presidents Choice brand digital scale from the Real Canadian Superstore and it is amazing. I think it was only 20-30 too.
