I have often heard it is good to drink cold water as your body will have to burn a few calories getting it down to body temp. I drink water straight out of the tap alot of times I prefer it at that in between temp. I personally think the benefits either way are so small that the important thing is just to make sure the…

Put the pedometer on for the first time in a long time today. This was a good day with lots of walking while DH tried out his new camera. 2,1079 steps taken today.

I use it in my morning power smoothie - Banana, strawberries, yogurt, milk, flax seed and spinach blend and enjoy.

4 sessions done - I moved from the beginner to the advanced circle workout. There were about 4 exercises I could not do! Hopefully I will be able to get them eventually.

I don't think their is any thing out there about drinking water to help with milk like soda. I think you are alright drinking the milk if it is accounted for in your calorie counts.

I always go with the machine since it is on the lower side. I would rather go lower then go over.

I would alternate the two. Do the elliptical one visit and the treadmill the next.

I would try not to stress over the weight loss since your Dr. thinks stress could be part of the problem. I would research what the proper calories for you to be eating with breastfeeding are. I think they tell you to add like 500 a day to your calories. Your body may be going into major starvation mode, trying to hold on…
