Rough day
Today I messed the plan up!!! But I am owning it and m0ving on. I binged on snacks this afternoon between that and a large dinner I was 1000 calories over goal. I have put it all in my diary and am telling myself tomorrow will be a new day.

Steps taken
Getting back into the habit of tracking my steps. I have been working hard lately just to hit 10,000 steps. I am hoping to slowly move that up to 12,000 per day regularly. I am thinking to work on a weekly goal of 70,000 insteadb0f only focusing on a daily goal.

Afternoon eating I keep messing it up!
I work so hard during the day, and then blow it after work in the afternoon and evening. I ate a full days worth of food this afternoon. It is a cycle I have to figure out how to break. No am such a mindless eater!
