I am trying to use the concepts of full plate living-drink water, add fiber and eat it first, stop eating when full. I am trying to make wise choices, log my food and exercise.0

Starting a tougher workout routine! I woke up late today (lame, I know...) so I went with level 4 of JM's Ripped in 30. But starting tomorrow I'm moving to zuzkalight and bodyrock.tv. Been checking out their websites for a couple of weeks and I'm both stoked and intimidated. Intimidated because WOW - have you seen some of the moves??? and stoked because I have learned in the last six months that pushing your body hard gets you amazing results.
