Garmin Forerunner 10

I got a Forerunner 10 for valentines day. Those who have one what is your favorite feature?

Also can it be used for biking? Kayaking?

    I have a different model of Forerunner that I use for running, biking, kayaking etc.

    I'd check the manual to make sure it's water resistant before using it for kayaking but if it works for running it'll work for biking (and you can edit your workouts in Garmin Connect to differentiate between runs & rides etc)
