for me its the bubbles, not the sugar. it seems that soda companies are changing around recipes and they aren't what they used to be. If you dont drink a soda in one sitting, its flat and tastes like sugar water. :frown:

i've started getting the tuna pouches, adding a little dressing (mayo, miricle whip, etc) and using celery instead of crackers. it was filling with a boiled egg and some fruit. the pouches can get expensive, but try target, dollar tree, etc- same thing just cheaper. :)

I like the light and fit (i think its by yoplait) usually vanilla, strawberry or peach. I can stomach the ones by breyers with add ins (nestle crunch etc) or i do a smoothie, whatever fruit and liquid you have can mask the flavor of the yogurt. either way, no plain yogurt for me.
