Was just thinking of TOM this morning and wondering if anyone puts on weight during this time and how much. I seem to put on about 2lb and weight won't budge for 3-4 days eventhough I eat and exercise the same as normal days. What happends to your weight?

Try chewing gum or having black tea or coffee or other hot drink of choice (without sugar or milk if possible).

I've been sticking to the 1200 calories a day and not eating the exercise calories and have lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks.

I agree that they fade but never completely go away no matter what you do. Embrace them, they are a part of you and tell the story of your life.
