Hiya, I have been here for a few months but somehow haven't really made that many friends, so it would be nice to have someone to be motivated with.

Height - 5'7" Weight- 115lb UK size 8-10 I should be really happy with that, but I'm not. Well, to be specific, I think I would prefer to be more toned, and for that I'd probably have to gain weight in muscle mass...?

I weigh myself every week, but measuring? No. Does that matter?

The doctors recommend around 8 glasses of water per day and that includes water that you get from food, so there is no need for you to worry about not having enough water! I wish I could drink that much!
