Wow! Thanks for all the help. This is a new diet for me. My symptoms include stomach, esophagus and throat problems. I have muscles aches as well but was not aware that gluten could be the problem. I'll check out the whole food website and get to the market!

I just want you to know that I tried the chili tonight and really like it. I made enough to freeze some and have plenty for the upcoming week. I also went to the store last night and found ingredients for additional gluten free foods such as bread and cereal. Thanks again!

I know that weight can fluctuate for several reasons but I was pleased this morning to see that I have lost 3 pounds during the three days I have been in this program!
