I have had two weeks of at least 30 min. cardio and some wt training at about 4x/week. However, I'm eating too much and the wrong things again. I need to slow things down again and pay more attention to my goals! Sounds like everyone else is really doing a great job!

I just came back from a "mom's weekend" at the beach so I have to admitt, late night snacking did take place!! It was sure fun, though! I'm back at it tonight. My cut off is 9pm. Good luck everyone!

I have found that sometimes when I am not in the mood to exercise I end up working twice as hard. I really don't know why, but if I can just get myself to the gym (or walking) I feel much better! Have a good work out. I plan to do the same tonight.

The fact that you are working two jobs is energy enough for me! I sometimes wonder why I don't lose more weight when I'm running around with my two kid's during the day! Any other challenges going on that I'm unaware of? I'm still working on water intake and exercise when I can squeeze some time in for myself.

It's tough not to snack when I'm bored or have extra time on my hands. Late nights are difficult for me because it's the only time during the day that I have to myself. I'm trying to keep busy, but relaxed, working jigsaw puzzles and working on jewelry. Also, knowing that there are all of you working on this challenge…

I'll take a little of that energy as well! I'm happy to say that I have had 4 glasses of water already today! Next, I'm hoping to get out for a brisk walk! Such focused people out there! Wow!

Two nights now I have met my cut off head-on! This is a really tough challenge for me but I think I can actually do this! :smile:
