I work full time (recently back in person) and have an almost 2 yr old. I struggle with fitting in workouts like I want too due to schedules (an hour commute after work/picking up from daycare), spending time with my son and BF, getting dinner etc as well. I'd love to get back to running (I do have a jogging stroller), but…

Checking in for this week. The long weekend was fun and I tracked somewhat-I seem to do better with that on the weekdays and not so much on the weekends! SW: 181.8 CW: 179.6 mini GW (end of September): 175 GW: 130

I have a hard time getting all my water in as well. Something that helps me when I have it on hand is to put lemon in my water to flavor it. there are a bunch of other fruits you can use to infuse and flavor the water.

Wednesday Check-In: SW: 187.6 CW:182.4 MG: under 180 by the end of June GW: 125-130 Slacked on logging food this week-home/work stress, but tried to be mindful of my over snacking and calorie intake. Onto tackling this week!

Weekly check-in (I intended to do this on Tuesdays, but forgot to weigh in oops) SW: 187.6 CW:183.6 MG: under 180 by the end of June GW: 125-130 Getting back to tracking my food using a food scale is helping but I need to get better at it. Also need to stay away from the sweets-too many swedish fish. I have found my self…

If you enter a recipe in for the starter--track the total amount made you will have the starter total calories. then when you use the starter add that amount-all or portion into the recipe of what you are making , but I agree iwth the post above for bread most of the calories are going to come from the flour

I love the couch 2 5K program-its free and you do it at your own pace--alternate walking/jogging as you build up endurance. I just need to make time to get started. I used races in the past to motivate me but with everything being cancelled my motivation is lacking

Just getting back to tracking as I have stopped for a few years now. After having my first son, want to lose the weight I have gained (actually gained back what I lost right after having him). Working from home during quarantine hasn't helped-hello pantry and fridge mindless snacking!! Started daily walks and hoping to get…

I have a huge sweet tooth and love to snack throughout the day if I am not careful/tracking

I have the Garmin Forerunner 235 and love it so far. It is a little bulky on my small wrist but that hasn't really been an issue on my runs

I have never tried Graze box so I can't comment on that. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my nature box every month--the dried pineapple and the plantains are some of my favorites snacks from them. Yes you pay for the convenience but its a great way to stock up on snacks at home or for the office.

I'm a shortie at 5'1" and still on my journey to be below 130lbs. I was happy when I was about 120lbs. As for sweet cravings-try eating a piece of fruit that usually helps me, or drink a flavored tea with a little bit of honey or sugar. Sometimes I just have to have the sweet so I work my daily calories around it so I can…

I like to snack on fruit when my sweet tooth attacks. Late at night before bed I usually do a flavored tea with some sugar and that helps too. Sometimes thats not enough and I make due with eating the sweets just don't go overboard and work the rest of the days calories around it.

Typically if one agrees to be part of the bridal party they should know that paying for the dress is on them. I have seen instances where the bride did buy them for the girls but that is not typical in my area.

Dragonfire chicken is my go to meal there when I have limited calories and heading out. I also like the parmesan crusted chicken with the tomato/mozerella salad. You can also try workingout before hand to give yourself more calories.

Congrats on the weightloss so far!! :) Looks like you are off in the right direction. For me losing the healthy way means slow and steady. Its a gradual shift in eating habits and lifestyle that can quickly become intimidating if done all at once. I've learned in the past that if you really restirct yourself and lose the…

I eat regular food as much as I can and stay away from the artificial diet foods-low fat etc. Regular food tastes a ton better and keeps me full longer too.

For 2 adults we spend about $110-130/week on groceries. I buy most of my fruits and veggies, cheese, eggs from our farmers market when in season and winter at the grocery stores. We have a meat CSA we are part of and get meat monthly. Just found a local dairy farmer and started getting milk from them as well. I keep…
