After breakfast and lunch I am starving and I have 735 calories left for the day.
Breakfast: 1 slice wheat toast, 1tsp butter, 1 poached egg
Lunch: Garden salad with 1 chicken tenderloin, 1 tbs salad dressing

Looking for low calorie snack ideas. Thanks!

    Here are some ideas for low calorie snacks:

    Cottage cheese & fruit
    apple slices & peanut butter
    Hummus and veggies/fruit (carrots, cucumbers, tomato)
    hard boiled egg
    small amount of dark or milk chocolate if room in calories for the day.
    1oz cheese
    cucumbers
    fruit: berries, mandarin oranges
    popcorn-air popped with a small spray of oil/butter or eat plain

    I tend to love sweet so I try to eat fruit to curb the sugar cravings. sometimes you just have to have what you are craving and when that happens I try to keep it small (around 100 calories) and within my calorie goal for the day.
