I know food labels. I look at food labels. I can usually guess serving sizes and calories in foods fairly accurate now that I have been paying attention to it for so long. However, that does not mean I actually stop eating at 1 serving because I know what 1 serving is <----That is the problem.

You can get lean pork chops, i think it isn't much worse than chicken 140 cals for 4oz.... Lean hamburger to make burgers or use in tacos.

Add in 200, I mean the benefit of 200 less or more a day isn't much in the grand scheme of things so if you feel better with 200 more I think it would be worth it.

It doesn't count towards your water intake.

I would just add 250 cals or so to my daily total and eat that for a week or two, see what happens if lose weight over that week or two add 250 more and repeat. Then stop once you find your maintenance calories. I think that's the best way because those calculators don't know everything.

Frozen veggies. Whole chicken on sale. Yogurt (some brands do not expire for a while and they have good sales). Bananas are usually very cheap u can buy green and yellow ones so they don't go bad right away. Tuna. Bread. Brown rice. Black beans and eggs. Is what I would buy if on a tight budget.

I get PLAIN chobani, oikos, or fage. Plain has no added sugars, so it has more protein than carbs. I wouldn't waste my money. It's a fad. Everyone who has to get a colonoscopy cleans out their bowels and I'm pretty sure they all don't come back saying oh wow look how nice my skin now looks, must have been the bowel prep.

Have you ever tried the jeans at the GAP. That is the only place I can find jeans that fit well. I know this past summer i was able to find shorts and cropped pants at New York and Company.
