That’s a great idea. My goal is 165lb by 2020 so that I start the next year off at a normal weight BMI.

I had a coworker that gave plasma frequently and had trouble with her protein levels. She usually would get most of her protein from protein shakes and her level would be low. When she started consuming more meat sources for protein her level increased so she could keep donating. Not sure if that would help your or not....…

I definitely recommend eating at maintenance while recovering. Your body needs the energy and nutrients to heal. 4-6 weeks isn't to long in the grand scheme of things vs getting an infection or non healing wound and being out of the game much longer.

Are you drinking enough water? Being dehydrated can cause fatigue.

If you gained 12lbs that quickly either your scales off or you need to go to the Dr because something wrong with your kidneys or heart.

Do the free meal and refeed whenever you want. A lot of times it's helpful to save then for when you know you have dinner plans with friends, etc. If you are a daily weigher and have trouble seeing the scale go up. You may not want to weigh yourself the day after refeed or free meal as your weight will inevitably go up.…

Run slower. It's easy to run fast outside and not realize it. I had the same problem then I got a garmin that told me my pace and I was running at way faster that I would on a treadmill so that is why I was tiring out so quickly.

Well the good news is likely he won't last 28 days. You said he is 15? Likely he is just young and dumb. Sounds like something parents should be involved in.

I don't use my Fitbit anymore but mine was pretty accurate with taking into account my calorie needs. If you have it set up accurately you can probably trust it. Also, I didn't take the number until the end of the day because it adjusts throughout the day.

Problems with your liver, gallbladder, or kidneys could cause color changes to your urine. It's worth getting checked out.

With your stats it seems very unlikely that you would gain wt eating 1500 cals and exercising. So most likely your serving sizes are off and your eating more calories than you think. Avocado, peanut butter, cashews and fruit can add up pretty quickly if not measured correctly.

. I'm sure that epidural (tubing near left shoulder) helped tons with the pain!

I drink a cup of coffee before my workout. Sometimes since I workout right after work if I'm hungry when heading to the gym I will mix protein powder with a couple drops of mio(?) mocha flavor with caffeine just to get me through until dinner time. This probably doesn't have all the benefits of a preworkout but it's cheap…

If everyday were the same and accurate, yes it would be true.

Years ago I used to be one of those that thought PF was a joke. Now I love it, it fits my needs for now. Only $10 a month! Open 24/7. And at least in my area they have so much equipment that even at the busiest times I'm not waiting. I've also seen people deadlift and not get kicked out. I also was not given a list of…

Slow down.

If you have a sedentary job and are only working out 30 minutes a day, I would not even add in the exercise and just keep the setting at sedentary.

I'll do it! Is beginner shred the same thing as 30 day shred? Not sure I have the same video.

When I did home care I used a cooler lunch bag that I put an ice pack in and would throw in some yogurt, string cheese, fruit, hard boiled eggs. I also had almonds and an energy bar of some sort in my car as well. It's more snacky than actual meals.

Something about apples always makes me feel hungry after I eat them (for years). I actually think maybe it's the fiber or the way it's digested maybe upsets my stomach and the feeling is confused as hunger.

With all the important and tough things a marriage has to face, weight loss seems like a really minuscule thing to be arguing about (considering you are not bed bound/morbidly obese). Seriously, if you want to lose weight just lose weight. Do the actions necessary to lose the weight and quit talking about it, considering…

Instead of whole eggs eat egg whites you can get more protein without adding calories or add ham. Exchange your oatmeal for a higher protein item. Eat a slightly larger portion of lean meat at dinner time.

I think you need to take in account how active you are after work and on off days as well. For your job alone I wouldn't go past moderately active.

What is going to change now vs 2017? There will always be external forces.

I have stretch marks below my belly button from being pregnant. After a year and a half they still hadn't faded much so I started using "palmers skin therapy oil" (not the moisturizing oil) after my showers and was actually surprised how well it helped fade my stretch marks. They are still there but I have to really look…

You've lost 20lbs in a month? My thought is this.... Initially you lose a lot of water weight. Sometimes I think the "scale weight" stalls but what is happening is your still losing fat and replacing the initial lbs of water weight lost which cancels each other out and that's why your clothes continue to fit better. Then…

Like previous poster said, on this app you can look at your stats daily and for week total. I tend to look more at the total in/out for the week.

I don't know the science behind anything, however, I will offer this. My neighbor runs 3 miles (no more, no less) a day everyday (seriously hasn't missed 1 day in 2 years). She used to be 300lbs. She maintains her weight....

I don't think it will aid in fat loss. However, a cup of coffee and a grapefruit keeps me "regular" so it might help with abdominal bloat....

Maybe your not weighing your food correctly and eating more than you think?
