Saving calories

Hi. I've just downloaded the app and wondered if it gives you the option to save calories, like carry them over to the next day. Incase your eating out etc?

There is no actual option but some people do look at weekly calories as opposed to daily ...1

Like previous poster said, on this app you can look at your stats daily and for week total. I tend to look more at the total in/out for the week.1

Because of my Friday cheat meals, I tend to budget calories on a weekly basis. I like to give myself a 3k or so deficit to work with so that my cheat meal could ramp up to 5k calories and basically have no effect. I've been doing this for nearly 2 years now so, works for me.2
