Hi there Im doing sw but im doing mine from home,have lost 2st 5lb.Think sw is great,its not like a diet,just a healthy way of eating......and i dont stop eating lol

Yes thats it, jillian michaels 30 day shred. Its an exercise dvd that you do for 20 mins a day,i've just started it for the 2nd time round :-)

I have just done day 7 of level 3 and so far have lost about 5 inches all over too,like you,i notice the biggest difference in my arms.When i've done the 30 days im planning to start again but vary the levels each day.

Oops reposted twice sorry I'd like to know the answer to that too,i find that in the evening my stomach is actually quite bloated compared to the morning.

Ive not had any lift though they have shrunk.I wasn't really big to start with so if they shrink anymore i might need to bin the bras and get some vests lol

Well done,there's a big difference from your 1st pic to the last,great seeing the results of your hard work i bet. Ive heard that if you lose small amounts of weight slowly then you're more likely to keep it off.

Thank you,i've been going on my stepper every day for the last 3 days and have been using weights whilst im doing it so hopefully that will help with the last 5lbs.

Well done on your good work,it clearly shows in your pics.Gives you motivation to keep going. Im on day 20 (start level 3 tomorrow) and not seeing much results so fa although my arms are more toned.Hopefully at the end of the 30 days i will see better results.
