I eat my spaghetti in a bowl, seems like more than it actually is.

Get rid of the crisps & chocolate. I know w/ me if it's there it's gonna be eaten. replace w/ low calorie/fat treats. A jaw breaker gives you no fat and few calories since it takes so long to eat.

Keep coming back to MFP for support & it makes it easier to be accountable w/ the support

i think it's alright as long as it's just the one day and you pick up where you left off the following days w/ eating right & exercising
