Each workout takes me about 30-40 minutes and, with a warm-up and cool-down, about an hour. The first few weeks are shorter because you'll probably need less rest between sets.

Did you also check the change in her measurements? There's some serious change (decreases!) from lifting, adding support to the non-bulkiness. She's just gotten leaner and stronger. That's hot.

Make sure you add Fat to your diary but from the days you have logged it looks pretty good as far as matching to your goals.

While staying within my calorie goal, I focus first on getting my minimum protein in. Then I aim for under 200 net carbs (carbs less fiber) and the rest fills in with fats. Some days I'm over in one or another but it all works out.
