I agree with this. Whatever motivation works to keep you making healthy choices! :happy: Exercise, log your food and maintain a healthy caloric deficit and you'll have a new wardrobe in a year.

21 pounds but I'm really looking to get into my size 10 jeans (I'm a 12 now) and a healthy bodyfat range.

Pretty much the same breakfast, lunches and snacks - with slight variability (fruits and veggies based on what's seasonal). Dinner has the most changes but still not much variety.

I would never go to Chipotle and not get meat! I just use their online nutrition calculator and figure out what fits into my calories. That's the Holy Grail - fitting anything you like into your day. Glad you've found something that works for you OP.

Pretty much this (but longer than 80 days). Just like Christmas, Thanksgiving and all the others, I'll partake in the celebration and enjoy the day, but it's not an excuse to go overboard.
