Thought I'd throw my 2 cents in. Looks like you each a lot of processed food. In my experience, all calories are not equal. My body does not do well on processed foods, no matter how low the calorie count. I do best when I eat lean protein, lots of fresh veggies, fresh fruit, and whole grains.

It all depends on your specific body. I LOVE carbs too, but they don't love me. Found I am allergic to gluten which takes care of the majority of carbs/starches. The gluten allergy was making me gain and hold onto lots of extra weight. Most processed food have gluten in it, so I have to stick to protein, veggies, fruits,…

You frankly need to eat more. You're getting very little protein until dinner. Protein will make you feel better, have more energy. Also did not see any fruit the day I looked at. My doctor recommends 7 servings of vegetables a day and 2 fruits. Slowly add more protein, fruits and veggies so you get up to about1400…

I don't believe in those charts. Every person is different. I am emaciated at 150, while others are fat. I recommend getting to a point where you feel comfortable and look the way you want regardless of that number on the scale.

I struggled for years and got very frustrated because I couldn't get the weight off. I finally had a blood test that told me why. I had very low progesterone and Vitamin D (both make it difficult to lose weight and very easy to gain) and I had food allergies that caused weight gain. Yours may simply be a case of you need…

I'm down 30 since Jan 1 - that's when I got serious about this. Had lost 11 prior to that since September.

Yes, let them know you need a complete physical. They should do blood work. Have you been to a gynecologist in that time? If not, get yourself to one. Good luck!

What a fantastic challenge. Walk a while for me and I will go out and walk a mile too!

I drink it 3 times a day. I think it helps me. Definitely helps with hunger.

I'm glad you said for most people. I am one of those that the simple eating less and moving more did not work. It turns out I had a vitamin and a hormone deficiency as well as food allergies that were causing me to gain and making it very difficult to lose. Now that I take supplements for the deficiencies and have…

Not sure why you asked. Everyone said it's a bad idea, but you are doing it anyway. Why ask if you really don't want the answer? The best way to "detox" is to eat clean. Get processed food and sugar out of your system - you will feel MUCH better.
-
EAT your calories!

Detox liquids that are for a couple of days rarely do much good. If you want to "detox" your body of all the crap, I would suggest cutting out sugar, processed foods, starches (white rice, potatoes), dairy, gluton, soda (diet and regular), and alcohol for a few weeks. You will be amazed how much better your body feels when…

Yes. I don't plan to loose a little extra so when I gain I have a cushion. When I get where I want to be, I intend to stay there.

Steel Cut oats cooked the old fashioned way are your best bet. They are the least processes - no added crap.

I actually don't think the belly fat diet is a fad diet or a temporary diet, but a healthy way to eat. I've learned a lot about food and what the rights foods to eat are - healthy carbs vs processed etc. I've had great success with it (I don't follow it to a T, but have found what works for me). I feel so much better since…

every scale seems to be different. I just stick with one to measure loss. As long as you are consistently measuring on the same scale, you will know if you are losing or gaining.

I've tried weight loss not worrying about water and this time making a point of drink 64 or more oz a day. The water makes a difference.

I've always seen myself as smaller than I am. Then I catch my reflection in a mirror or window when I'm not expecting it (not holding in my belly and standing up tall) or see myself in a photo and think "Crap, am I really that big?"
-
THIS. Wait until you are hungry.

Drink Water and then drink more water.

I can't close my office door - I'm in a cube, but I do keep a resistance band tied to a pole. I use it while I'm reading emails or thru PowerPoint decks.

I have a 32 oz bottle I fill with water and the juice of one lemon. I don't do it every day, but I am always down the day after when I do. Not always down the day after I don't. With that reminder, I need to go squeeze a lemon!

I'm with you. I never want to be skinny like most of the photos posted. Curves are sexy.
-
Just alternate what you do. My wellness coach wants me doing interval training 3 times a week, strength training 3 times a week, and endurance training once a week.
-
I'm glad you assigned this. I had dropped off for about 7 weeks last fall when i was very sick. I could barely function let alone think about logging what I was eating and exercising. A couple of friends actually checked on me to make sure everything was OK and that was very nice. Others just dropped me - I thought that…

I drink Green Tea and Yerba Mate Tea. I have 2-3 cups a day. I usually drink it plain, but occasionally add Stevia if I want a little sweetness.

Love it!
