NSC - Dream
i had a dream last night that i looked in the mirror and saw cheek bones and then looked at my thighs with clearly defined muscle. I felt strong. If I can see it, I can do this! Made we work a little harder at the gym this morning.

NSV - favorite pants
Two weeks ago I could not zip my favorite pair of pants - even broke the zipper trying to. That's when I said enough is enough. Today (after having the zipper fixed and getting my butt in gear) the pants slipped right on and fit perfectly. Now I can't wait until they get big enough that I can take them to Goodwill! Jean
