I got my weight lifting done yesterday evening before work. I find I have some soreness in my hip flexors. As far as the running goes, sometimes it's easier than others. Of course, I'm only up to 3 mins of running at once with C25K. :laugh: I find that music definitely helps. It gives me a beat to run to and also drowns…
