I just went through the same debate with myself. I opted for the FT4 and it is in the mail as we speak! I got the Bronze one and can't wait to test it out! :smile:

To get through L1, I started listening to various Pandora radio workout stations during (great idea that some of the ladies in my 30DS support group came up with). It goes by MUCH faster in L2 & L3. OP - Awesome job! I have a week to go - the end is in sight!

OP - I totally feel ya. Hubby knows to go tinker in the garage or the bedroom until I finish. He may walk through to go to the kitchen, but he doesn't hang around. I will say he said he tried it out the other day and gave me props. :wink:

Thank you for all of the responses! It looks like the consensus is surgery. I think I am going to look into purchasing a hernia belt to wear until I feel comfortable that I will not have a problem with refraining from lifting after surgery. My personal favorite: 1-2 handfuls of ice 1 cup almond milk 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder 1 tbsp instant decaf coffee 1 tsp cinnamon 2 cups spinach 1 banana I've thrown in 1/2 cup old fashioned oats (uncooked) and consumed it right afterward as a breakfast before.

I use it in the same way as some of the previous posters. I use it as a hair conditioner, I have used it as an astringent for my face, and I like to use it for salad dressing mixed with some honey and Mrs. Dash.

I'm doing it now, started on 1/1/13, and I am currently on L2D2. It gets easier. Now, don't get me wrong - even on L1D10 I had to take a one second break in 2-3 spots, but I was not NEARLY as sore. Now, I kind of know what to expect on the first few days of each level. You can do it!
