  • Cream puff, I like that!! me too me too! I just started the Ten Minute Trainer program from Beach body. I like it, because if I can't get a full workout in, the least I can do is ten minutes. Apparently in ten minutes you burn as many calories as a 30 minute run. It's hard, but it's a different move every minute, so you…
  • Thank you sweetie :D
  • FYI- I found a great iphone app for tracking miles/kms walked-ran-biked. it's called MapMyDOGWALK. it works like GPS. you start it when you start your walk. run, bike, and it follows your route, times you, and let's you know how far you went and how many calories you burned :) Pretty cool. And you don't have to have a dog…
  • Hey Team, I am just starting my week today, as I have been quite sick with the flu the last few days, and counting any type of calories was pretty pointless (I'm sure you get what I mean) I certainly FEEL like I've done a million crunches this week already! haha Felling much better today, and will get back to the challenge…
  • Sorry team, I didn't get my exercises done today :( Worked 2 hours late and now I'm studying for the rest of the night. (OK, at this very second I am procrastinating studying by posting this, but you know what I mean) I walked to work, drank 12+ cups of water AND was under my calries though, so I'm thinking 3 out of 4…
  • GREAT DAY 1 TEAM!! GO CHALLENGERS! Good luck today everyone! You can all do it! It is helping that I have a team thing going here, because it's easy to let myself not do it, but if I'm going to bring a team down, I will make myself do it :)
  • YOU rock! Thank you for organizing all of this!!
  • I freakin love this idea. I am already part of another challenge, but I think I could combine the two :)
  • Day 1 a success 9 glasses of water (so far) exercises done 2.6 miles walked under my calorie goal for the day :D woo hoo!! We are going to kill this challenge.
  • I forgot my level, I will join the Challenger group :D PS, I totally love that you are being so organized about this. I LOVE the weekly postcard idea, and I LOVE that you`ve even done us up a spread sheet. `This is exactly what I need to keep me motivated! xoxox THANK YOU!!

  • Hey everyone! I've come to learn that I am NOT self motivated, and need a good challenge to keep me going. Been lazy lazy lazy lately, and need to get some weight off before the nice weather hits so I can wear shorts and skirts this summer :) Please add me as a friend and we can keep each other motivated :D
  • I totally agree. School's are taking "fairness" WAY too far...Life is not fair, and kids should learn that hard work and persistence is the only way. This whole "no child left behind" thing is total BS! Don't know what it's like in the US, but here in NS, Canada...no child, no matter how terrible they do in school gets…
  • We're twins! haha I'm at 162, my goal is 140 also :)
  • I wish this horse was dead...my mom just started it a onth ago, even though I told her the many reasons why it was unhealthy. She'll lose weight, and put every pound back on after she starts eating normally again. I even told her she'd be starving herself, and it's called ANOREXIA not a diet!
  • ays the guy who takes apiture of himself in the mirror holding his own penis....classy LOL You should re-think the head shot dude
  • unhealthy is what it is. My mom is doing it, and has lost a ton of weight, but I guarantee she will gain alll back once she's done

  • Do you have endimitriosis (sp??) Someone close to me does, has severe pain during periods, and sometimes continuous spotting if you have recently had a cist burst.
  • While this is true that you do lose water through sweat, IME it's rarely significant, especially considering you retain water due to the muscle stimulation. I frequently weight more after a workout than I do before. Curious to see what others have to say about this. [/quote] I actually stopped weighing myself after my…
  • I'm a pretty picky eater myself.....my sister gave me a good trick though....with a food processor, you can add all those veggies you hate to sauces and baked goods, wothout ever tasting them. Also, just try making yourself eat it because you know it's good for you. For example, chick peas....hate em, but so good for you.…
  • I'm game. I think I need a little challenge to get me going again. Lost 8 pounds and fell off the wagon a bit. CW: 162 GW by April 1/12: 152 (dream big, or go home! haha)
  • Bahahahahaha this is awesome!!
  • Hahaha, I feel your pain! Well, I guess my dog feels the pain, because I've kicked the poor thing in the head twice doing kenpo at home! Lmao I took her to day care today, so she was good and tired while I worked out. I usually try to atleast take her for a walk as my warm up, so shes not so crazy while I'm working out :)
  • Not at all!! I was single most of my life. Had many interests, however, I wasn;t interested in someone fake, or someone who would hold me back. Finally met someone 3 years ago this month that blew me away...Real from day one, no BS, and funny as all heck! Glad I waited and wasn;t stuck in a crappy relationship when I met…
  • You need to eat ATLEAST 1200 calories a day. Some people's bodies will hold on to any fat because you're not eating enough...especially if you're working out that much! Also, if you're going to lose the will to live because you're not losing weight, maybe it's not online you should be seeking help from. Go talk to a doctor…
