  • Granola tends to have high calories per serving. Whole milk can get you quite a few calories without being too filling as well. Granola + whole milk for breakfast is one quick way to get calories.
  • I will log it if it's especially vigorous cleaning (like thoroughly scrubbing down the whole bathroom) and I do break a sweat.
  • I used to be able to do 12, then didn't even try for years and suddenly couldn't do even one. I'm back up to 3-4 and started again by doing the jump-up and slowly lower down trick.
  • My dad programmed a special startup sequence on our MS-DOS computer that gave me the option to start right into a Putt-Putt game.
