I say no you are not too big. If you have a good instructor/trainer, they will watch you and make sure you are doing what's comfortable for your size, level, etc. It is intense but def worth it. Let me know if you have any other questions. Q

So far so good. I just started the last 4 weeks and it's hard. I've lost about 4 pounds and I'm down a size. I'm hoping to double that in the last 30 days of the program. It's hard but worth it. Q

I've been there and I can say it's worth pushing yourself through it. Now that I'm halfway there, I sort of look forward to the workouts. I know each one is pushing me closer to my goal. Keep telling yourself that as well. Keep it up!! Q

This is my recovery week and that workout is not easy but not as tough as the others. I start the max workouts next week. Q

I've done this for years thanks to ttapp. I've always gotten compliments on my skin and I think it's because of brushing. I've posted several times that it's really affective for dry skin. I've also found it helps with elasticity of the breast. Q

I haven't logged any of my workouts yet actually because I'm just following a sensible eating plan. But since CR is really light, I would think it's right up there with yoga. So i would use the totals for that. Q
