Yes it gets better. I did 10 days on each level. If I repeated it again, I would probably change it up. I would def take a break and not do it straight. I usually took the weekends off. I think that's why I was able to see such great results. Your body needs time to rest and recover. I hate the introduction as well.…

Before After I finished in a little over 30 days but whatever. 10 pounds lost, 1 inch from bust, 1 from hips, 1 inch from each upper thigh, half inch from each lower thigh, 3 inches off waist, 3 inches off belly button area, and half inch off each arm. A total of 12 inches gone for good!!! Thanks. Q

I know it requires a lot of cardio. So right now I'm doing 30 day shred and then I'm going to do a week of 2 a day cardio like kick boxing and running. Then I will start Insanity on the 31st. Q

Sooooo this morning I woke up and my legs felt like Jello. I feel it in my back as well. I pressed on and did day 2 of level 3 today though. My husband did it with me last night but he was wearing a weighted vest. Today, he passed. LOL It is tough. But I'm ready to be done with it. She annoys me the least on this level and…

I started level 3 last night and today I feel it in my legs and back. My arms were sore in the beginning though. Q

I'm starting level 3 today. I've lost 8.5 pounds and a ton of inches. I def think it is working. As a wife, mother, etc, it is great being able to get in a workout in about 20 minutes!! I def think it is worth the $9 I paid for it. Q

She really annoys me in this video so far. I turn the volume down real low so I don't have to hear here. I hate when she says, "crank it", "rip it", "you're aspirational", and "let's go pick on the barbie." Yeah I'm ready to move to level 2. I hope she's not as annoying during that one!!! Q
