Drink lots of water. Cut back on salt. Eat high fiber foods first thing in the morning and lower carb high protein foods in the evening. Drink green tea. I started 30 day shred on Monday and 6 week 6 pack. I'm also finishing the couch to 5 k program. Once they are over, I plan on starting Insanity which will take me to the end of the year. Q
