People only say that because tofu is a good source of calcium and spinach has oxalic acid in it which blocks the absorption of the calcium..but I still eat them together :D Just did like 5 minutes ago haha.

Coffee isn't actually bad for you. It has some positive and negative health effects, just like everything else. If your body can handle coffee, then there is absolutely no problem drinking a cup a day (or even up to four). But the thing is not to be adding cream, sugar etc to it.

I'm vegan and I eat oatmeal for breakfast, fruit, nuts and seeds for snacks. I eat lots of tofu and vege stirfry, soups, salads, lentil dishes, chickpeas, grains such as quinoa, brown rice etc. I like to find indian recipes as lots are vegetarian and easy to make vegan. Just substitute milk for non dairy milk.

It's ideal to poop 3 times a day, like one for each meal, but twice a day is good too :)
