  • I have one that has different levels to set it on like sports trainer and ez-incline so I go up and down on different levels of difficulty. it works awesome.

  • I think I might have hit a plateau. I've been sitting at 152 for almost a month now. I don't no what I'm doing wrong. I'm not at where I want to be. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.   • It's great but omg the pain she puts you through in lvl2 is unbelievable. I just started lvl2 a couple of days ago I love it but I hate it.
  • Friendly advice ladys, make sure you are comfortable with lvl 1 because lvl 2 is vicious.

  • There Italian BMT is high in fat and the tuna sub 31 grams of fat holy crap. I don't eat either one of the two but I do like the ham and turkey and the sweet onion teriyaki.
