  • I was in a car accident and to stop the headaches they went in and burned the nerve endings in my neck to stop from pinching, thus creating headaches! It is suppose to help! I really don't know the results don't take full effect until 4-6 weeks.

  • Either to full of a stomach, to much water guzzling, or not enough of the right foods! High in protien is good or a banana or something. I know if I drink to much water I feel sick!
  • I always run to a favorite TV show. I also have a bunch of great tunes that I listen to during commercials. I also think about how hot I'm going to look when I drop all the weight and that really helps! Try some pilates or a 30 day shred! Good Luck!
