I'm no expert but you can change your weight loss goal, eat more calories or change the sched of your routine exercise just to confuse the body.

What's your set goal on MFP? 1 lbs, 2 lbs, etc.. Watch what you eat better low sodium and drink plenty of water. More fruits and veggies  Also don't starve yourself, you are already on a deficit so eat all of those calories recommended for you. Don't forget to exercise too.. Good luck!

I have been following MFP's recommendation and mine is set to 2 lbs per week. I'm doing good with that setting

First, I believe you CAN DO it. Just look at the journey and small victories that you have accomplished. Next concentrate on the present and do baby steps so that you will not burn out easily. Again, you CAN DO it  Good luck and more power to you! Add me as your friend if you wish!

For now I replaced it with raisins and cereal bars, but if I do give in I only take a bite or two, I don't finish the whole bar or I just get the mini size version of the bar  All of this I take in moderation

I'm no expert but in my case I wanted to tone down my obliques so I use dumbbells and various exercises for that area and I got good results, but again it goes hand in hand with diet and proper nutrition
-
Check you settings again, I think you set it to 2 lbs per week, follow the recommended one which is 1 lbs per week
-
In my case, I love chocolates too but since I'm on a diet I replaced it with raisins but still in moderation, it worked for me
-
Congratulations, Keep up the good work

Thanks for the link. This is true since exercises have resistance. Also found this app for the iphone. Contains pictures and videos of various exercises for different muscle groups. I personally recommend it  http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/all-in-fitness-700-exercises/id365497220?mt=8
