If you eat eggs, do a spinach omlet. Fresh spinach is cheap and it is really good. Sautee it in a little butter or eevo with salt and pepper, just till it starts to wilt. then add it to an omlett. you can add a little cheese too. Its really good!!!!!!

I use my crock pot all the time. Could not live without it. You can put any meat in it. Try this. Braise your roast then put it in the crock pot with 1 cup water. Turn it on low and cook for 6-8 hrs. I do the same thing. I bake 2-3 sweet potatos, peal them and put them in a bowl so all I have to do is spoon them out. I also cook a small box of pasta. I dont put anything on it so I can add what ever flavor in in the mood for. Also, you can pre-boil eggs to add to tuna salad or eat for breakfast. Pan fry( with no greese)…
