I have been a retail manager for over 20 yrs now and I have had it in both feet for a long time. It comes and goes. Since I have been working out my feet are 50% better. Stretching is what helped me the most. Get GOOD insoles. Those two things are what keeps me walking everyday. Good luck.

I mix mine with tuna. It takes the place of mayo and is WAY better for you. Its an amazing lunch.1 avocado, 1 80 cal pack of tuna, small knife, and a bowl, salt and pepper. You dont have to put in fridge. Its fast easy and GOOD!!!!!

thats great. You knowthe other day I was looking at some really old (1920's 1930's) pics with my parents and talking to them about how everyone in our family was thin. We talked and came to the conclusion tht they too walked everywhere. It is how we as humans were designed. Congrats to you!!!

I love to eat tilapia. i season with McCormic steak seasoning and pan fry in a VERY hot skillet with fat free butter. This "blackens" the fish. Then I put it on bed of fresh spinach with feta cheese. A few squirts of wishbone vinigetette on the salad and the fish. AMAZING!!!!

I make pickles every yr. You can get a great recepie from Ball or pinterest. They are not hard. It is the easiest thing I can.
