Oh man. May 23rd. I would love to lose approx 24lbs. I've dropped just over 11lbs since the beginning of November. Hoping some nicer weather between now & May 23rd wll help my weight loss. I'm currently only 6lbs from my lowest weight ever, but have about 90lbs to lose to get to my UGW.

CW 220 GW 212-214 UGW 126 Goals 1) Log daily 2)10,000 steps daily (fitbit) 3) Eliminate need to eat just to use all daily calories (issues with this at the end of the night). 4) Make smarter food choices 5) Get back to the gym/working out.

Have fun. We walked almost 60 miles the week we were there! I suggest getting a fitbit or some other pedometer type bracelet to track it (that way you don't use your phone battery either)!

Hi! In the same boat. I was in the 250 range about 8 years ago and have been hovering between 220 & 230 since then. I'm looking to get below 200 as my 1st goal and then just keep losing! Looking for some motivating friends on here.
