  • Just water, coffee, or tea. You'll forget about being hungry 10 minutes into your workout.
  • I would get a heart rate monitor. If you have been exercising for a long time, your body could get used to it and not burn as many calories. This will give you a more accurate reading!
  • Don't give up if you have a bad day! Or even a bad week or month. I also have a sweet tooth, and love a bit of chocolate.   • At some Whole Foods they have a small screen by the prepared foods that will tell you all the nutrition information for any prepared item! It's great, I just wish they'd put it online.
  • I log mine in. I bike in the city, and i find i have a hard time figuring out whether it's "light" or "moderate" because of traffic lights, etc...
