  • I think the website says that you burn around 400 calories per class if you are working hard. Another website said between 250 and 500 calories depending on your effort. I was thinking about getting back into body pump.
  • Thank you everyone. I bought an elliptical last night from a co-worker and am going to try getting on it in the evenings. I have a hard time getting to the gym because I'm so self conscious. I like walking and try to walk with a friend at least once a week. This needs to happen!
